1. The service

FreelancerOS is a web-based dashboard for freelancers: a client tracker with follow-up reminders, a branded invoice generator with PDF export, a 4-stage content pipeline board, and a downloadable template pack (contract, proposal, onboarding form). A free interactive demo with sample data is available so you can judge the fit before paying anything. No accounts, no subscriptions.

2. What $29 buys

A one-time $29 purchase unlocks your private, token-gated FreelancerOS dashboard: cloud-saved data across devices, the full template pack, and invoice PDF export. If the site lists it, it's included; if it doesn't, it isn't. Prices are in USD, charged once via Stripe.

3. Your access link

Your dashboard opens from a private link containing your access token, delivered by email after checkout. Treat it like a password — anyone with the link can open your dashboard. If your link leaks, email [email protected] and we'll rotate it.

4. Your data

Everything you enter — clients, invoices, content, settings — is yours. You can export it as JSON from Settings at any time. We store it only to run your dashboard (see the Privacy Policy), and we never sell it or use your client list in marketing.

5. The templates: not legal advice

The contract, proposal, and onboarding templates are starting points, not legal advice. We're not a law firm and this isn't attorney-client anything. For high-value projects, have an attorney review your contract before you rely on it.

6. The 7-day money-back guarantee

If FreelancerOS isn't for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and you get a full refund to your original payment method via Stripe — no questions asked. The 7-day window starts at purchase.

7. Acceptable use

• Don't abuse the service (bots, bulk scraping, or hammering the API — rate limits apply).
• Don't try to bypass the token gate or resell access to your dashboard link.
• Don't store content you don't have rights to, or use the service for anything illegal.
• Don't resell FreelancerOS itself or its templates as a competing product.

8. Liability, capped honestly

The service is provided "as is." If something goes wrong on our end, our liability is capped at what you paid us — that's the most a $29 product can fairly promise. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost clients, missed invoices). Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the version in force when you purchased applies to that purchase. Questions, refund requests, or disputes: [email protected] — a human reads it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
